Claudine Cheever is Saatchi & Saatchi New York's Chief Strategy Officer. She oversees more than 30 integrated advertising and social media planners and is the strategy leader for some of America's most recognized brands including Wheaties, Cheerios, Pillsbury, Smucker's, Folgers, Pampers, Yoplait, JCPenney, Tide, Lenovo, and Miller High Life.
An influential TV news commentator and advocate for brilliant thinking in advertising, Claudine is frequently sought after by the media for her expert knowledge on the American household and media trends. In 2011, she made multiple TV appearances to discuss topics such as the future of television, the impact of social media, future advertising trends, and the role of "participation media" such as Facebook and Twitter on families.
Prior to joining Saatchi & Saatchi in 2009, Claudine was EVP and Executive Planning Director at McCann World Group in San Francisco. For five years she was with Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, rising to become Deputy Director of the planning department, where she successfully integrated media and strategy departments to improve collaboration. She started her career in publishing as an assistant editor at Bantam Doubleday Dell.
