2012 Summer Internship Program 

PROGRAM DYNAMICS: The internship is paid and includes hands-on experience, project work and a weekly seminar series.  The program runs from June 4th - August 8th and interns are placed in the following areas:

Account Management - competitive analyses and client support

Strategic Planning - research, consumer insights, briefs

Creative - support creative teams, copywriting, art direction

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Students must be enrolled in an accredited University or College program as a rising senior or recent graduate (as of May/June 2012).  GPA must be higher than 3.0.  

All interns must be available to work at least 8 hours per day and within the time structure of our program.

Foreign students must have proper documentation that will allow them to work in the United States. Saatchi & Saatchi will not sponsor a visa for an intern.

QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants should possess excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills.  We are looking for media savvy students with sharp creative instincts.  A high level of energy, enthusiasm, curiosity and flexibility is a must.

COVER LETTER: Your cover letter should include your area of interest and a response to the following (based on Saatchi's core beliefs):

  • What is your number one "Lovemark" and why?
  • Drawing from your personal experience, tell us about a time you proved that "Nothing Is Impossible"

Only students under consideration for an internship will be contacted for an interview. If a student has not been contacted within (10) business days they have NOT been selected for consideration.  All students receiving an offer will be notified via email by April 15th and, upon acceptance, receive a letter confirming their participation in the program with information they will need to get started.
