Saatchi & Saatchi Announces 7x7 Presenters for September 29th

NEW YORK, NY – (SEP 20, 2010) – Saatchi & Saatchi New York announces presenters for their second 7X7 event to be held September 29th.
7X7 is an ideas event showcasing seven experts from diverse disciplines each presenting for seven minutes - with a briefing, a provocation, a demo or a performance. The event will take place during Advertising Week on Wednesday September 29th at 7PM at the Saatchi & Saatchi New York at 375 Hudson Street (at Houston). Tickets are $7 at www.hudsonhouston.com/7x7.
Presenters for the September 29th event offer an eclectic mix of business, media, science, advocacy, and entertainment. Speakers are:
- Claudine Cheever (Chief Strategy Officer, Saatchi & Saatchi New York)
- Elizabeth Spiers (Media launch consultant, entrepreneur and writer)
- Dr John Brownstein (Harvard Medical School epidemiologist)
- Dr James Belich (Historian, Rhodes Scholar and author)
- Dr Christian Menegatti (Economist, VP, Roubini Global Economics)
- Paul Rieckhoff (Executive Director of Iraq & Afghanistan Veterans of America)
- Motel Motel (Brooklyn indie folk & alt-americana quintet).
Host of the event, Mary Baglivo, CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi New York, says 7X7 is a “fast and fun way to share new ideas, stimulate action and make things happen.”
Speakers at the first 7X7 in May included TED curator Chris Anderson, Time magazine news director Howard Chua-Eoan, and chess grandmaster Maurice Ashley.
